GreenCheck believes that local people are best equipped to define and solve the socio-ecological problems they face.
That is why we emphasise a decolonial approach and centre our partner groups and their needs in all that we do, and create a reciprocal exchange of resources, information, and values between partners and contributors.
GreenCheck recognises that the climate crisis has social and ecological effects that are unevenly distributed across societies.
We adopt an intersectional lens in all we do, and hope to work together with and empower marginalised communities most affected by the climate crisis to enact real change.
